Definition of Focus
It is the art of directing your attention towards a specific task or goals by yourself. It's not merely about avoiding distractions; but it's about channeling your energy toward a singular point of concentration. When you're focused, you become fully aware of what you're doing, and distractions fade into the background.
When I sit to do work. I give my undivided attention to the task. Unfortunately, I am not immune to distractions like everyone else. So, I will prevent it beforehand. Like putting my mobile on DND (Do not Disturb). If the environment is noisy and crowded, I cannot do anything about it. Then, I prefer to listen to Spotify. I will have one noise rather than others. which can distract or disturb me while I am working. Best way is to find a silent place and do the work.
